Glycogen synthase, glycogen phosphorylase (and phosphorylase kinase) can be dephosphorylated by several enzymes called phosphatases. One of these is called Protein Phosphatase 1 (PP - note to avoid confusion with PP-In below, I refer to the enzyme as PP instead of PP1 ).
